KB unveils homes at Sunset Ridge

Builder offers 'traditional' neighborhood

KB Home's Sunset Ridge neighborhood, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers a traditional-style neighborhood, according to the developer.

"It's a very family friendly community," said Kris Winship, sales agent. "Each home has its own backyard. It reminds you of a more established neighborhood, but this neighborhood has beautiful, new homes."

Home elevations feature stonework on the front exterior and many home sites can accommodate a swimming pool.

Five two-story floor plans range from 1,658 to 2,325 square feet. Pricing starts at $300,000.

The Sundown measures 1,685 square feet and offers three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Options include an additional bedroom or a master retreat at the loft.

Measuring 1,725 square feet is the Twilight, which contains three or four bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a two-car garage. Options include an additional bedroom at the dining room as well as a master retreat conversion.

The 2,035-square-foot Dusk plan offers three bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, an upstairs bonus room, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Options include two additional bedrooms at the bonus room, an additional bedroom at the dining room and a master retreat conversion.

Offering 2,303 square feet, the Golden Sky is a three-bedroom plan with formal living and dining rooms, a den, loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Home options include an additional bedroom at the den.

The Sunset measures 2,325 square feet. The builder calls it an "upside down house," as the design features the main living space on the second floor, including the kitchen, dining room, great room and master bedroom. Two bedrooms and a bonus room comprise the first floor with the home's entry located midway between the two stories. Home options include an additional downstairs bedroom.

All homes are Energy Star and Water Smart compliant.

To visit from the 215 Las Vegas Beltway, exit Sunset Road heading west about one mile to the community on the left. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except on Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.

The builder provides design consultation and services through its 22,000-square-foot KB Home Studio located at 7440 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 201.

KB Home's Home Buyers Club and the Home Finding Center are located in the main office at 5655 Badura Ave.
