The builder calls it an "upside down house," as the design features the main living space on the second floor, including the kitchen, dining room, great room and master bedroom. Two bedrooms and a bonus room comprise the first floor with the home's entry located midway between the two stories. Home options include an additional downstairs bedroom.
All homes are Energy Star and Water Smart compliant.
To visit from the 215 Las Vegas Beltway, exit Sunset Road heading west about one mile to the community on the left. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except on Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.
