Pulte to unveil Wyeth Ranch during opening festivities
Pulte Homes will unveil its models at Wyeth Ranch in the northwestern valley during a grand opening celebration Feb. 8 and 9. Five designs with three- or four-car garages are featured in the gated neighborhood. Floor plans, four of which are modeled, measure from 2,616 to 3,816 square feet and are priced from $339,990 to $404,990. "Wyeth Ranch offers a unique lineup of designs that have never been seen in a Pulte community in the Las Vegas Valley," sales manager Jeff Galindo said. "The community combines a northwest ranch-style environment with a series of uniquely livable and sophisticated single-story homes." Design features include master bedrooms with walk-in closets and retreats, courtyards, island kitchens, formal living and dining rooms, media niches, prewiring for audio and security systems, patios, and optional bedrooms. Homes have the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living technology that includes 2X6 exterior framing and energy-efficient features. "Buying a Pulte home is more than simply owning a good house, it's about owning a home that will perform in the long run and Platinum Performance Plus homes are the most energy-efficient homes Pulte builds," Galindo said. Resident amenities include a 2-acre park with basketball courts and a gazebo. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Centennial Parkway east exit, and turn right. Proceed to Tenaya Way, turn left and follow the signs to Elkhorn Road. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Pulte Homes is developing nine additional neighborhoods throughtout Southern Nevada. They are: Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley; Paradiso, Summerfield, Hillstone, Cara Vella and Sage Hills in The Vistas village in Summerlin; Siena Ancora in Southern Highlands in the southewestern valley; and Serenata and Vialetto in Aliante. Anthem Highlands in Henderson is set to open for presales in March. The builder, based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has operations in more than 40 markets nationwide. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is also a leading builder of age-qualified communities.
