Pardee expands Fiesta neighborhood

Pardee Homes has expanded its Fiesta neighborhood to include an additional 130 homes. The neighborhood offers all single-story homes, and is located in North Las Vegas.

"Fiesta's single-story floor plans offer a lot of room for family living with built-in features that add up to extra savings in energy costs," sales director Rob Tuvell said.

Each home has earned the Energy Star label, certifying that it is at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes. Features include spectrally selective glass that keeps out about 75 percent of harmful UV rays, saving both energy and fabric fade; and sealed ducts to allow heating and cooling systems to work more efficiently.

Plan One measures 1,383 square feet with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms with optional den, and two baths. It is priced from $146,450 and includes a two-car garage.

In one version, the 1,593-square-foot Plan Two provides three bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage. It is priced from $156,950. The other version features three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage with optional nursery or retreat. It is priced from $166,950.

Plan Three includes three bedrooms, two baths, and a two- or three-car garage. It measures 1,836 square feet and is priced from $172,950. In another version, the home measures 1,986 square feet with four bedrooms, two baths, an optional den and two-car garage. It is priced from $181,450.

At 2,315 square feet, Plan Four features four bedrooms, three baths, and an optional den and powder room. A three-car garage is standard with this home, which is priced from $191,950.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Allen Lane and go north 1 1/4 miles. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
