Sales wind down at Seven Hills
Only one home remains for sale at Pardee Homes' gated Renaissance neighborhood within the Seven Hills community in Henderson. Sales agent Cheri Henderson said the single-story Picasso plan features four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Priced at $427,725, the home also has views of the city. "This is the truly the last opportunity people have to purchase a brand new Pardee home in the Seven Hills community," Henderson said. "For that reason, we are urging anyone seeking the quality of a Pardee home, combined with the wonderful lifestyle of Seven Hills to visit us as soon as possible. Based on the level of sales activity we have been experiencing, we expect this last home to be sold very quickly." Renaissance homes feature the ComfortWise designation and the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal, meaning they exceed federal standards for energy efficiency by at least 30 percent thanks to spectrally selective windows that block out heat-producing infrared light and the ultraviolet light, high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, and tightly sealed air ducts. A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes, including 300 custom residences, in 25 neighborhoods. Other neighborhoods open for sales are: Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Estate-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment. Homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s. Custom-home sites are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million. Lots as large as an acre are available. The community is situated on an elevated site, allowing for views of the city, mountains and a nearby golf course. In addition, there are four city parks. To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
