Sales wind down at Seven Hills

Only one home remains for sale at Pardee Homes' gated Renaissance neighborhood within the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Sales agent Cheri Henderson said the single-story Picasso plan features four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Priced at $427,725, the home also has views of the city.

Custom-home sites are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million. Lots as large as an acre are available.

The community is situated on an elevated site, allowing for views of the city, mountains and a nearby golf course.
